Finally some movement on the block. The new access point has been completed. This will allow for the frames to be moved onto the slab via Telehandler.   The Access Point is so the frames can be moved from the truck to the slab due to the configuration of the overhead power lines preventing the frames being lifted with a crane.

Progress has ground to a halt. Nothing has happened since the drainage and the water tank was installed. The builder is not winning any awards with us in terms of progress. An Excavator was delivered to site last week to move the large pile of fill let over from the drainage install and to dig out the Driveway so blue metal can be laid in to provide access for the frames to moved from the street to the slab. Sadly this is all the movement we have seen in several weeks. A frustrated call made to the Builder resulting in more promises being made. Sadly, words at this point are just that, words. The build contract end date is 24/10/2023. I don't want to see corners cut to make the date.
