Our Custom Build - Berowra Heights NSW

The next 6 weeks will see the selections of a number of items:  Bricks, tap ware, vanities, bath, Kitchen, Tiles and Floor coverings, Staircase, Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Skirts and Architraves, and Paint. We also have an appointment setup for the Pool and Landscaping. Exciting times ahead.

Update - The Tender meeting went extremely well. We came in 2.08% over budget which is more than acceptable to us given the level of finish and inclusions we stipulated in our requirements.  Tender document is being signed and returned to the builder. Onto the next stage.    

After a break over Christmas / New Year, the Tender Presentation is locked in for Monday 24/1/2022.  With the sloping site and the presence of rock, we are little anxious to learn the sites costs component as this may affect other parts of the build in terms of fit and finish. Fingers crossed we aren't too far away from our budget number.
