The retaining wall is complete. I'm extremely happy with the job. Completed as quoted and on time.

Spoke to the pump operator and he said there were no blowouts and it was good pour. We got the best weather for the pour, not too hot and not too windy.  

Lots of action onsite over the past couple days. Form-work, Steel, and Waffle Pods. Slab Pour scheduled for 19/11/2022

Another step forward. The in-slab plumbing has been completed, and we solved the water supply issue to the Flat with a temp service down the fence line.

 Some more progress onsite. The Piers and some of the Form-work for the slab has been completed.

Our Site Supervisor advised me this morning of the upcoming activities. The plumber is onsite today to add a tap near the water meter so the builder has access to water during the build. Pier holes are being dug tomorrow, 10/11/2022 Form-work / in-slab plumbing / Steel work etc will then be carried out with a scheduled Slab pour date set for 26/11/2022.

Some pics to give you an idea of the levels. There's 2 x 800mm step-downs in the ground floor. The overall footprint is looking good. Will get a better idea of the slab size once the formwork and steel is installed.

Big day today. The site has been scraped of vegetation and trucks are delivering the required fill.
