Lots happening today. Wet area floor tiling is underway. Shelving in the Linen and WIRs is in. Under the stairs has been closed in and a bulkhead they missed in the Laundry

Wall Colour Re-select Part 2 - 22/10/2023
After a few sample pots we have settled on Tranquil Retreat half strength which matches very nicely with the Arc colour which is called Miss Universe.
Wall colour re-select
So we've had a re-think of the wall colour after our painter did some cutting in. The colour we originally selected was Taubmans Centurion. Turns out its very blue grey which we don't like. Lucky for us the the entire paint order hasn't been placed yet so we have a small window to get it right. Armed with some sample pots of some different colours and strengths, we are off to the house over the weekend.
Kitchen, Laundry, & Vanities installed 17/10/2023
Another milestone ticked off the list today. The Kitchen, Laundry, and B athroom Vanities went in today. The hidden storage on the breakfast bar side of the island turned out great. Colour combo for the C abinets and Island in the kitchen is Blossom White and Elemental G rey. This will be topped with an engineered s tone from Smartstone in Amara finish. Biased opinion, but I reckon the kitchen looks killer! All the floors have also been prepped ready for tiling to being.
Waterproofing, Arcs and Skirts, and Internal doors delivered, 29/9/2023
All wet areas were waterproofed today. Arcs and Skirts delivered. I’m loving the profile of the 140mm skirting boards. Internal doors delivered as well.
Main Staircase install 26/9/2023
No more ladder! Really happy with the install of the main staircase today. Fit and finish is spot on. The space under the stairs will not be wasted. There's a door from the Garage going in after handover.
