The Staircase has had its final coat. All the paint touch ups has been addressed along with the under stairs bit. The front door is looking killer, and the bits and bobs on the alfresco balustrade are complete. Practical Completion Walkthrough booked for Friday 2/2/2024.

Temp Fencing removed and Practical Completion Walkthough booked for 2nd Feb.

Solar system install completed. 11.44kw (26 x 440W panels). Will need to wait until the NBN is connected so I can do the Enphase App setup but the system is active and producing now.

Part 1 of Window coverings installed today. Went with a mix of single and double roller blinds combining a sunscreen and a blockout. Very happy with the result. Some of the blinds are motorised via a solar strip / battery motor. Part 2 is the Floor to Ceiling sheer curtain across the downstairs living area and the Plantation Shutters. Both needed to be measured after the flooring was installed.  

Our builder is back on deck today completing the last bit of the driveway and footpath concreting. We are about 2 weeks away from handover.
