Electrical fit off is underway and our timber flooring has been delivered

Big update today. The Portico tiles, Laundry splashback and sink, Butlers Pantry splashback and sink, Bathtub, Taps and Showerheads, and the glass fence around the Alfresco is taking shape.
Benchtops, Basins, Kitchen Sink, and Front Door - 10/11/2023
The Stone Benchtops, Basins, and the Ktichen Sink were installed today. Plus we finally have a front door.
Scaffolding Down - Garage Door, Stair Paint and Stain, and Re-selected paint colour. 4/11/2023
The scaffolding has finally come down and the garage door installed yesterday. Just got to get the front door on and we will be at lockup. The stairs have had their first coat of paint and stain. All the internal doors are painted and the re-selected paint colour is now underway. Soo happy we changed the wall colour from a cool grey to a warmer one. Internal Arc / Wall colour combo is Miss Universe and Tranquil Retreat (half strength)
