Waterproofing, Arcs and Skirts, and Internal doors delivered, 29/9/2023
All wet areas were waterproofed today. Arcs and Skirts delivered. I’m loving the profile of the 140mm skirting boards. Internal doors delivered as well.

Main Staircase install 26/9/2023
No more ladder! Really happy with the install of the main staircase today. Fit and finish is spot on. The space under the stairs will not be wasted. There's a door from the Garage going in after handover.
Ceiling and Cornice Painting 22/9/2023
Interior painting is underway. Soo good to see crisp white ceilings. All the walls have also been undercoated and they have started some of the cutting in of the walls.
Cornice and Solar Pre-Wire
These aren’t the most exciting pics but they are another step forward. All the cornice is now done along with the sanding. Plus I got a shot of the pre-wiring of the roof mounted solar system. Racking and panels due mid Oct
