Roof Trusses delivered, plus Rear Landing and Steps 9/6/2023
Roof Trusses delivered today, 9/6/2023. The rear landing and steps are also being prepped. The Bricklayers will be finished by tomorrow (Saturday 10/6/2023) and the roof trusses will be done by Wednesday next week, 14/6/2023.
Solar System Design - 8/6/2023
Have settled on a Solar System for the house. Seeing we will be running a Heat Pump for the Pool and also one for the Hot Water System, I wanted to squeeze as big a system as possible onto the roof. 11.31Kw system that will be "Battery Ready"
2nd Level Frames and Windows completed
2nd Level Frames and Windows completed during the week. Bricklayers are booked to return on Monday 5/6/2023 to finish off the bricks. Trusses and roof is scheduled to be completed around 23/6/2023. Solar system will then be installed.
