Sub Flooring and second level frames - Ready to go!
Scaffolding completed during the week and the sub flooring is ready for install. Carpenters primed and ready to roll on Monday, 29/5 to stand and fix-off the second level.
Lower Level Bricks completed 12/5/2023
Lower level brickwork wrapped up today. Next phase is subfloors, upstairs framing and roof trusses.
Lower Level Framing completed and Windows installed 4/5/2023
Progressing along, the lower level framing has been completed and windows installed. The Bricklayer is starting tomorrow.
