Bricks and External colour selections
We attended Austral Bricks today, 21/2/2022, and selected the Bricks and the colours for the front Facade, including Roof, Render, Gutters, Fascia, Down pipes, Windows, Cladding, Entry Door, and Driveway.

Another selection ticked off the list - Air Conditioning Have opted for an Actron CRQ5-21T 3 Phase Unit with 6 Zones.
Staircase
We have our first selection locked in. The main staircase selection appointment was conducted today, 17/2/2022. Along the lines of the house externals, we are going for our twist on a Hampton's theme. For our house we opted to exclude the extended feature podium landing at the base of the stairs because our configuration is different to this and looked better without it. Victorian Ash 30mm Treads stained in Japanese Black contrasting against the crisp white.
